Hekseblad - The Fall Of Cintra.

Hello HellHounds and Today we are reviewing the debut EP by Black Metal Band Hekseblad. 

Hekseblad are a Black Metal band from the United States. Their music is inspired by the lore Andrzej Sapkowski's The Witcher. 

Hekseblad formed in 2021. 

Fall Of Cintra is Hekseblad's debut EP it features 4 tracks of absolute Savage Traditional Black Metal with Atmospheric elements.

 The Fall Of Cintra was released on the 31st October 2021.

The Fall Of Cintra is Traditional Black Metal Lovers Wet Dream with all of the 2nd wave Black Metal goodness with grader A vocals and savage but atmospheric guitar riffs. 

There is even a piano part present in the last track which adds a very creepy atmosphere to the title track.

3. Obsidian Star - my favourite track on this EP.

The Vocalists Vocals are near perfect with Traditional Black Metal Style but with a thick atmospheric ambience to them aswell. Which makes for the perfect combination for an EP and Brutal as this one.

Hekseblad have a unique theme as The Witcher Lore is not very wildly sung about in Black Metal at least not to the same extent as Lord Of The Rings is. 

Which adds even more substance to this band and this EP.

If you are not familiar with the 2nd wave of Black Metal and your new to the genre this is the perfect EP to get you started. 

I cannot recommend this album enough to people trust me if you dont take a listen to this EP you are missing out on some prime Black metal. 

So , overall I really urge you to go and listen to Hekseblad - The Fall Of Cintra.

If you like atmospheric and Traditional 2nd wave Black metal mixed together with a certain theme attached then you'll love this EP.
