Dordeduh - Har
Hello HellHounds and today I am reviewing the latest album by Romanian Atmospheric Black Metal Band Dordeduh.
Oh boy where do I start , well I was pretty disappointed with this Album Folk Metal mixed with Atmospheric Black Metal is not a good mix. This is the first Black Metal in a long time I've actually been disappointed with. Har is an 8 track album with a duration of about 1hr and 1min. Har was released on may 14th 2021. For me this album is far too slow paced. I would've much preferred it to be a bit more fast paced. The screaming vocals are good and is honestly what makes this album bearable but the clear vocal side of things well 1 why the hell has black metal got clear vocals in it and 2 they're far to monk monastery sounding for me.
This album has elements of advant garde metal aswell which im not fond of.
As for stand out tracks well there really aren't any. I do like however the diversity in the album albeit slow paced its always good to have diversity throughout the album.
I was expecting more from this album but unfortunately it just didn't do it for me.
I would recommend this album to anyone who likes slower paced Atmospheric Black Metal mixed with Folk and Advant Garde elements.
