Malist - Karst Relict

Hello HellHounds and Today we are reviewing the latest album by Malist.

Malist hail from Moscow , Russia. Malist is a One Man Black Metal Project with 3 studio albums to date Karst Relict is by far his best. 

Malist combines elements of 2nd wave Black Metal , Melodic Black Metal and even elements of Atmospheric Black Metal.

Karst Relict is an 8 Track Album with a duration of around 45 min 49 sec. Karst Relict was released on March 12th 2021. 

Karst Relict is filled with crushing guitars , raspy vocals and all the elements a fantastic black  metal  album should have. 

Malist's Vocals are quite reminiscent of that early darkthrone sound , guitars are played in  a more melodic way to give the impression of a certain atmosphere and feeling. 

I would recommend this album to fans of early Darkthrone and 2nd wave Black metal or Atmospheric Black Metal. 

This album is the perfect blend of multiple styles of Black Metal. 
I rate this album a 4.9 out of 5.
