GravenChalice - Samael

Hello HellHounds and Today we are reviewing the latest album by Black Metal Band GravenChalice.

GravenChalice  are a  three piece Black Metal Band from Florida , United States. 

Samael is their latest release which features 7 Tracks and has total duration of around 44 minutes 38 seconds. Samael was released on the 3rd October 2021.

Samael is Filthy , Brutal and just absolutely diabolical. Which is what makes Samael one of the best albums of 2021 in my opinion.

This Album is sure to bring you to your Impending Doom. 

Samael has a lot of biblical references particularly to the villiness characters from the bible. 

I absolutely love the vocals on this album they are fucking Harrowing and diabolical which i absolutely love when it comes to black metal vocals.

Guitars are just as phenomenominal and have some really memorable riffs.

Particularly in the opening title track Icarus has a distinctly doomy feel to it aswell which is a nice little touch and adds substance to the first track. 

Soil Umbra is the instrumental track on the and is a good intermission that leads into the last two tracks. 

Interestingly the last song Lamentations opens with a Bass Guitar riff which is interesting because that does not happen alot in metal Particularly black metal. 

The pacing of Samael as an album is great its not too short but its not overly long either and that's what I like. Samael has good balance in every regard. 

I highly recommend this album to lovers of Black Metal trust me this is an album you don't want to miss.
