Here is the Tracklist for Pilgrimage :
1. The Turning Away
2. In the Chanel of one spirit
3. Threefold Resurrection
4. Winds of the wanderer
5. A brother to the stars
6. Hallowed Bloodline
7. The moon and her consort
8. Kingdom

Pilgrimage has very strong Watain vibes in terms of the vocals and the music. The album and the songs are of a decent length which is good for many reasons but also shows that Aethyrick don't need ridiculously long songs to tell a captivating story.
The album as a whole is very nicely paced and the album artwork is very expressive of the albums content.
Pilgrimage features some very expressive riffs which helps with that atmospheric parts of their music.

The album is called Pilgrimage and  i think this is expressed perfectly through how each song takes you through a different part of the Journey that Aethyrick are trying to convey.
Suprsingly there are no long intros to the songs which is very common in Atmospheric Black Metal and there are also very few instrumental breaks.

Production for this album is of a satisfying quality " not to clean but not to distorted " so just right in other words.

These are the standout tracks on the album :
4. Winds of the wanderer
1. The turning away
3. Threefold Resurrection
8. Kingdom

Track 5 . " A brother to the stars has moment with what sounds like monk chanting during the chorus gives a really nice touch to the song "
Track 7. The moon and her consort " has an uplifting feel and vibe to it which indicates the triumphant end to the Journey "
Track 8. Kingdom " blends perfectly with the end of track 7 , so it can be a bit hard to tell which track has ended and started "

" Truly a Ruthless Journey and a beautifully expressive album and one that is a strong contender for one of the best albums of 2022"
I rate this album a 8/10
